Following the great success of the 2023 European Lifestyle Medicine Congress in Budapest, the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) is proud to announce that registration is officially open for the 6th European Lifestyle Medicine Congress (ELMO 2025). The event will take place from October 23–25, 2025, at The Hotel Brussels, in collaboration with the Practice Lifestyle Medicine workshops of the Belgian Lifestyle Medicine Organization. As the only organization consistently hosting dedicated Lifestyle Medicine congresses at the European level, ELMO continues to lead the charge in promoting evidence-based, lifestyle-driven solutions for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
