The 7th European Lifestyle Medicine Congress, 10–12 September 2026 in Brussels: Save the Date

We are delighted to announce that the 7th European Lifestyle Medicine Congress will take place 10 – 12 September 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, returning to the same vibrant host city as last year’s successful gathering.

This annual flagship event of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, and policy leaders from across Europe and beyond to advance the science and practice of lifestyle medicine. The 2026 congress will again offer a rich programme of keynote lectures, interactive workshops, scientific sessions, and networking opportunities focused on evidence-based strategies for prevention and treatment of chronic disease.
