Following the great success of the 2024 and 2025 European Lifestyle Medicine Congress in Brussels, the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO) is proud to announce that registration is officially open for the 7th European Lifestyle Medicine Congress (ELMO 2026).

The event will take place from September 10 – 12, 2026, at The Hotel Brussels, in collaboration with the Practice Lifestyle Medicine workshops of the Belgian Lifestyle Medicine Organization (BELMO)

As the only organization consistently hosting dedicated Lifestyle Medicine congresses at the European level, ELMO continues to lead the charge in promoting evidence-based, lifestyle-driven solutions for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.

This year’s event promises to deliver an even more dynamic and impactful experience. Divided into four tracks designed for healthcare professionals and enthusiasts, the congress will bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, clinicians, and thought leaders from across Europe and beyond.

In addition to the main congress programme, the event will feature two dedicated partner sections: a Dutch-language section focusing on Women’s Health and a French-language section focusing on Longevity.

ELMO 2026 aims to foster collaboration, present cutting-edge research, and explore how lifestyle medicine can be more effectively implemented in day-to-day clinical practice.

Participants will also have the opportunity to meet and connect during the congress opening reception on the 10th of September and Dinner experience on the 11th of September. The locations will be announced soon.
