Sharon Jensen (MSW, BSW) is a USA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher (YRT) Certified Instructor. She currently leads the New Parent Support Programs for the United States Army in Europe, providing education and guidance to families from pregnancy through a child’s third year. She delivers non-pharmaceutical mental health treatment to address diverse clinical concerns through integrative, patient-centered approaches. Sharon also integrates mind-body strategies to strengthen resilience, self-regulation, and overall well-being.

Sharon also has extensive training in mindfulness-based interventions and is experienced in treating anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions. She also provides support for chronic disease management, including chronic pain and integrative approaches in cancer care. Sharon brings a multicultural lens to her clinical work, shaped by her early years in the Democratic Republic of Congo as the child of a medical missionary and by her later volunteer service in the Congo in both hospital and community settings. Sharon has also lived and worked in rural and urban communities across the USA where she treated and supported patients with Middle-Eastern, African American, and Hispanic heritage.
