Eleni Prifti

Dr Eleni Prifti holds a PhD in Environmental Chemistry and has multi-year research experience at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR), with a focus on heavy metals and marine pollution. She is the Founder and Coordinator of the Environmental and Planetary Health Hub at the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization, where she develops Environmental and Planetary Health education for health professionals. Her work focuses on toxic exposure reduction, Lifestyle Medicine, health literacy, and practical prevention, with particular attention to gendered and social inequalities in environmental health. She is also the founder of IASIS Health Coaching, a Netherlands-based practice helping individuals and families reduce everyday toxic exposures and adopt healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
