Medical doctor with a PhD in scientific clinical and laboratory research focused on the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and herpes virus infection in patients with ischemic heart disease. Over 10 years of clinical experience in both public and private healthcare sectors, including intensive care units, admission departments, and outpatient cardiology and therapeutic care. Extensive experience in online medical and lifestyle consultations using telemedicine technologies. Certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Additionally engaged in medical machine learning projects; completed the ELMO certification in 2020 and obtained a Master’s degree in Lifestyle Medicine in 2024 from the University of Thessaly.

Area of interest. I am interested in primary and especially secondary prevention of different diseases with a focus on cardio-vascular disease. Physical and medical rehabilitation is as important as medical treatment itself, as well as working with patient’s habits for primary and secondary disease formation. Faces of recovering people inspire me.
