Dr. Mónica Durães is a Family Medicine Specialist with certification in Lifestyle Medicine and Clinical Communication. She leads the Lifestyle Medicine Consultation at Trofa Saúde Hospital, coordinates the Tobacco Cessation Clinic at São João Local Health Unit, and also works at the Porto Alcohol Treatment Unit. She is an active member of the Portuguese Society of Lifestyle Medicine (SPMEV) and contributes to education and clinical practice in this field, with a special interest in prevention, behaviour change and metabolic health.”
